ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Orders may be fulfilled from either our U.S. warehouse or our China warehouse, depending on the product and destination.

U.S. Warehouse

Handling time: 2–3 days
Transit time: 7–10 days
Estimated total delivery time: approximately 9–13 days from the date the order is placed.

China Warehouse

Handling time: 1–3 days
Transit time: 7–12 days
Estimated total delivery time: approximately 8–15 days from the date the order is placed.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to the countries and regions available for selection on our website and at checkout. If your destination is available during checkout, shipping is available to that location.

SHIPPING COSTS AND RATES

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, product size, weight, and fulfillment location. The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment. Oversized furniture and international orders may be subject to additional shipping charges. Any applicable import duties and taxes will be shown at checkout when available or may be collected by the destination country upon delivery.

RETURNS AND RETURN SHIPPING

We offer a 30-day return period for eligible products.

For eligible non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
